My first reaction is that they forgot to include the original "Escape from New York." If Mad Max is included, surely "Escape" qualifies. I would have it in the top ten.

Magazine always fuck up royally when they try to make these lists. I can understand leaving out Water World but not Escape from New York or Omega Man. (I haven't seen the other two)

Dr. Strangelove at #1 is overrated IMO. I've seen it about three times and had to read the book for a class in college. I understand that it's Kubrick and Sellers and Scott, etc. and it's a political satire but that doesn't make it a great apocalyptic movie.

If i have to spell Apocalypse in any form one more time, I'm going to quit the internet.

I know lists are always subjective but this one is extra shitty. This is The End comes in before The Thing and The Matrix? They also put Warm Bodies and World War Z on the list? This really is a bad list.
