Oooooooooooooooo. My stomach is growling, I can't wait to see it finished. We can't get tri-tip around here. Not without jumping through a lot of hoops and pre-ordering it and whatnot. :grr:

Prime! Nice! That thing is so gorgeous, I'd be half tempted to slice a hole in it and fuck it before I tossed it on the grill.

Tri tips the best, nothing like Tri tip and eggs the next morning.

Its so strange that cut hasn't caught on nationwide. Ponderous

The guy at Costco told me they had them last year, but had to throw almost all of them out every time, because nobody around here knows what it is. :grr:

Awesome story, but this thread isn't about every detail of your mundane life. :neesie:

    Take it elsewhere.

I did find one at Meijer, but I had to rinse all of the shitty barbecue sauce off of it first. :grr: Goddamn! Who doesn't know you don't put sauce on your meat in the beginning? :grr:

I wouldn't sauce it but that is a cut you can marinade. It's nice to have the crust all tasty. People that marinade new York strips are idiots though, I hope those people die of cancer
