    I had my first tri tip in LA a few weeks ago. Damn good cut of meat. I don't understand why we don't get them here :mad:

    The guy at Costco told me they had them last year, but had to throw almost all of them out every time, because nobody around here knows what it is. :grr:

    I did find one at Meijer, but I had to rinse all of the shitty barbecue sauce off of it first. :grr: Goddamn! Who doesn't know you don't put sauce on your meat in the beginning? :grr:

    I wouldn't sauce it but that is a cut you can marinade. It's nice to have the crust all tasty. People that marinade new York strips are idiots though, I hope those people die of cancer
