He's checked the I don't care anymore box.
Saw this in that other thread. That was good but too one sided. Carter was shady as fuck, which is cool, but they should have had reps from the other schools on to talk about all the grade changing they did. They tried to gloss over all that and pretend like it was just a misunderstanding to make Carter seem like the babyfaces. But in reality the white teachers there were flunking all the black athletes and the black principal and SI were quietly changing the grades. Carter was heel AF.
Man Flash Forward was awesome. Never been burned by a show like that.
After the brain tumor and not being able to do the high flying anymore, the Shotei Slap was Liger's finish for awhile.
Luger was a shining light in 96-97
I listened to Alvarez do his rewatch of 96-97 WCW and he talked about Luger being one of the most over faces of all time and how over the rack was with the crowd. When I went back and rewatched that stuff plus late 80s to early 90s Luger I realized that Luger had gotten a really bad rap and he was in all actuality a real success as a top guy during his career. In fact the attendance numbers showed him being a bigger draw than Sting in much of his career.
I think it's his failed WWF career that people think first and it clouds their opinion.
Luger was my inspiration to start lifting weights in the 9th grade.
That was '96 when he was the top face. My inspirations were Hogan and Warrior in 1st grade.
The torture rack was one of my go-to moves to put on freshmen on the wrestling team when I was an upperclassman.
I only knew Luger from WCW. I didn't even watch WWF when he was there.
Showed up to work this morning and didn't feel like working......told everyone I'm taking a personal day.
One gal starts complaining because we have a project that's due tomorrow and they need my final approval.
I gave her this look and walked out the door.
How the mighty have fallen.
Personal days are for the weak.

Bullshit.....personal days are also for people who abuse their power such as myself.....oh and I hate my job.
Personal days are for day drinking.
Sometimes I hate my job during stressful times, but I am grateful for the lifestyle that it provides me and trials are fun and I don't have to be out in the heat sweating my ass off and I even get paid to post on Dawgs at times like now.
