    Finding crusty old Craftsmen tools are the best. Especially if they are broken.

    You can take them back to Sears and they give you new ones. Total win!

    When I was younger, my much older brother gave me a craftsman ratchet that had been used as a hammer. Didn't work at all and had beat marks all over it. I took it into sears and without questioning why it was beat to hell, they gave me a new one, which I still have.

    They used to make Craftsman tape measures. They stopped because tradesmen broke the tape all the time and could just exchange them. I still have a couple broken ones from when I was in the trades
