    mmmm, sound good....I hope so....bastards were expensive.....

    first you start with wild salmon, skin on....they weren't as thick as I wanted so I purchased 4

    second you make the paste....

    garlic
    kosher salt
    tarragon
    parsley
    mayo
    dijon mustard
    cayenne
    lemon juice

    those look delicious J... i know the right combo of herbs can be fantastic. the problem with me is i know its pretty good even plain and i just sear it in sesame or olive oil and then eat the shit out of it.
