Making smoked turkey gumbo

    I smoked two turkey breasts and am using some of the meat and andouille sausage along with kelibasa and onions and a thick roux. Served with rice and crusty garlic bread.

    It will be like yum 10x.

    Not too bad. A little salt in the rub but it is mostly the apple wood smoke that provides the flavor.
