    LAKEWOOD -- A Jackson resident is facing bias intimidation charges after he went on a profanity-laced, anti-Semitic tirade following a three-vehicle crash, police said.

    The aftermath of the collision, which occurred on Thursday near the intersection of East Kennedy Boulevard and Clifton Avenue, was caught on video and widely spread on social media websites.

    The video shows a man, who police identified as Elijah Chandler, 34, of Jackson, lashing out at several bystanders who appear to be Orthodox Jews. On the video, he used anti-Semitic epithets while shouting at the men.

    Near the end of the video, Chandler shouts at the bystanders: "Go back to your country."

    Lakewood police Detective Lt. Gregory Staffordmsith told The Lakewood Scoop that Chandler assaulted the driver of one of the other vehicles involved in the three-vehicle crash.

    Staffordsmith said Chandler was "harassing and trying to intimidate" those involved and other bystanders, and was "yelling bias statements and threatening to physically harm" them.

    Chandler was charged with bias intimidation, terroristic threats and harassment. He remains at the Ocean County Jail as of Monday morning where he is being held on $41,000 bail.

    As a jew, Who lives near a Orthodox Jewish community I can say they are the worst fucking drivers in the world. Most to all their cars have dents or missing hubcaps.

    Years ago had a apartment very close to that community car insurance went up due to all the accidents in the area. Moved away car insurance goes down.

    I deal with these blind motherfuckers everyday. They drive either like complete retards or they drive like maniacs. Filthy fucking people. I have to drive sometimes through there neighborhoods up in Rockland County, NY and it looks like a bomb hit there whole area. Our town is voting to become an incorporated village so we can keep these roaches from buying one house or business in our town. One moves in and the whole place will fall to shit. Well thanks now I'm completely worked up now! Are you happy?!

    It is well known that you never drive in Lakewood. The Orthodox are like heat seeking missile when it comes to accidents. They need to tie fucking tires around the vehicle to make it a bumper car. Fucking terrible drivers. People in Jackson are freaking out how they are taking over.
