If u have him in fantasy he killed it for you tonight. 20 fucking strikeouts
Had him when he was on Detroit, and he was awesome. I hated rooting for him, since I hated he tigers, but he was fun to follow
What a performance. So he ties Randy Johnson, Roger Clemens, and Kerry Wood for the all time single game record. Wow.
hall of famer
108 wins and not even sniffing 2,000 strikeouts at age 31........
hall of fame performance, not career
you just watch
I had Verlander 2 years in a row and I repeated in fantasy baseball.
I don't know if we will ever see another 300 win pitcher ever again.
I thought CC had a shot but he's in the low 200's and done
Agree, teams are protecting their investments now.
After Dusty Baker The Career Killer, they gotta be careful.
It's not the hall of very good. It's the Hall of Fame.
that's just your opinion
Baseball is so pussified now
Wins are meaningless to pitching stats.
Ty Cobb would argue home runs are meaningless
If you're investing >$150 million in a pitcher, why would you let retarded dusty eff it up.
And he wins again. Gets to go home and tap this incredible ass.
the best pitcher on earth(has been for 5 years) is in his 9th major league season and has just 118 wins. he's only 28 but i think he maxes out at 250
Felix Hernandez would have probably had the best shot of anyone of this generation if he landed on the Cardinals or somebody on that level who is consistently good and always have good lineups and defense behind their pitchers, but that's kind of irrelevant alternate universe horseshit in my brain
That's a bold statement. He may have his name thrown in the argument, but I don't know if he stands up to your average HOF pitcher
