And it's not Aprils Fools.....Verbally, he will be missed
The city of Boston will miss him as well. The guy was a legend for sure, rip hizonnah.
He was the mayor when I lived in Boston. He really loved that city.
This is a moment where I wish O&A were still together.
I never heard of him, till just now.
The greatest Mayor who ever lived, the late Mayor Frank Rizzo of Philadelphia
seriously, it is sad to see him go. he seemed like a jolly guy and he barely had a chance to enjoy retirement
I didn't always agree with him but he was a great man and a great mayor. I don't think he would've retire if he wasn't so sick. He was the mayor the entire time I lived in Boston and he did a fantastic job. He will be sorely missed. Very sad day for his beloved city.
Mumbles was a regular guy who did love his city. He never got to have that time he wanted to spend with his family. Boston politics will never be fun again without the Mayor, who had problems verbalizing but there was no interpreter for what he spoke. Look up Mumble-isms, or Tom Menino. Rest in peace, big guy.
