Not funny. A stand-up comedian who has appeared on Broadway and NBC’s “Saturday Night Live†was for elbowing a woman in the chest at Kennedy Airport, a law enforcement source said Wednesday. Kevin Meaney, 58 — who was the title character in the short-lived sitcom “Uncle Buck,†which aired in the early 90s — allegedly struck the 29-year-old woman in an Air France terminal about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, the source said. Meaney, who also performed in the musical “Hairspray†for seven years, was arrested after the victim reported the unprovoked attack to Port Authority officers, sources said. He was charged with misdemeanor assault. It was not immediately clear what caused Meaney to hit the unidentified woman. She reported feeling pain in her chest, but did not require medical attention.
