Metallca is on track to have as many bassists as Nirvana had drummers.

Internet says "Roman Reigns" is a former pro football player named Joe Anoaʻi.

I guess the joke is he looks like Trujillo

    OF COURSE IT WAS!

You really think that someone on TV twice a week in front of millions would go unnoticed if he was in Metallica????

Does anyone ever really care about a band's bassist?

Okay - maybe Hagar Ben Ari in The Late Late Show Band...

Usually, no, but Cliff was something unique.

Howard's a big Metallica fan. Does he know Cliff played chords?

    Fair enough re: Cliff.

But, here's the sum total of Howard's knowledge of Metallica: James Hatfield...Lars Ulrich..."Enter Sandman"...Richard could drum for them.

Howard's hilarious. He talks about how he's such a big fan and then when he put together that "Metal Mania" playlist for iTunes, he only used songs from the black album. He probably couldn't name any other album.

Although younger, Richard is a much better drummer than Lars. Even at his peak, Lars was always struggling. Richard is effortless. I don't know if he could write new music with Metallica, but he would kill the whole catalog. Joey Jordison did, and I would say they are on par with one another.

Joey just jumped up there and helped Metallica when Lars fell ill. Richard might cry though. As long as he can do a drum fill with tears in his eyes...
