    yeah I got that on my home PC, love it, but why pay $60 when MSE is flippin FREE?

    I was told by my brother, the computer nerd, that its all you need if you have Windows 7 64-bit.
    He also runs CCleaner and defrags once a day.
    Has never had a virus.

    So, thats what I'm doing.

    If you aren't sold on this, I recommend Avast! because it doesn't take up much memory and is very effective.

    No need to defrag on NTFS partitions. CCleaner every day is overkill. MSE is all you need. Put it on and forget it.

    Good to know, but why does everyone say to defrag, then?

    I don't do CCleaner every day, just check for registry errors with it every day.
