Italian roast pork. Part 2: after browning add beef broth, red wine, onion.garlic, and tomatoes. Cover for 3 hours

omg omg! i was actually thinking that it looked a little light on the seasoning but i didn't want to say it because it's a dick thing to say. knowing that you poked that shit inside takes this to the next level.

it's a cheeseburger where the cheese is stuffed inside. they sound like they're no big deal, but when you make just a classic burger with some salt and pepper and stuff it with a bunch of deli american cheese, it's magic.

it looks like a normal roasting pan to me. that roast looks delish though.
