    I didn't understand the Johnson controversy, I thought he was portrayed pretty fairly. He was in a shit storm, and had to prioritize, but I think there was backlash

    I think he was criticized for not coming off more sympathetic. Plus he was a little racist sounding especially when he was dealing with George Wallace. It's a dramatization. His exact words weren't documented. People just wanted a white good guy.
