Why are they being so hard on him? Not that I mind, I hate him but it seems like this is unprecedented.

    :yay:

This and the Braun suspension are harsh. If you really want to get roids out of the game, that's what you got to do though.

He's been an incredible asshole, and was all high and mighty pounding his chest and declaring he was innocent a few years ago.

Lo and behold this investigation comes around and his name is involved. He made a ton of enemies preaching his innocnece, and it's kinda like payback now.

Not to mention all the other goofy shit he's done to burn bridges in New York, and the fact that if he DOES get a lifetime boot, that close to 100 million dollar payroll comes off the books for NY and they can go free agent hunting again.

I'd rather see them keep steroids but get rid of the DH.

Not to mention the fact that the fag was preaching to kids about the dangers of roids/HGH while still using. Shoulda been banned for this alone:[IMG]

You know they are praying for a lifetime ban. If he catches a 2 year beat, are they allowed to spend the dough?

Fuck them. They signed the contract too they should have to pay the money. Even if they give it to a charity or something. I don't like how he breaks the rules and they get out of their deal. Especially since he was hurt anyway.

Rivera, Jeter and Arod coming of the cap.

    That's like the Pittsburgh Pirates.

I think taking illegal PEDs should void a contract. It's false advertising. The Yankees didn't know
they were buying an athlete that would break down after he stopped the roids and HGH. Now he's
suspended for the rest of his contract and they should pay? :wtf:

Pretty sure they will put that clause in the next CBA.
