Ordered a pair of shoes on Amazon...

They were too big for me, so I went through the return process and they sent me out a replacement for no cost at the next size down

I return the old pair that didn't fit.

    Then...

    Today...

I received a full credit for the original purchase... meaning I got the new pair, which I'm wearing right now, for free.

The company fucked up but I can easily call them and tell them to reverse the credit.

But if I don't, I don't think the official scoreboard should list this as theft.

That's a tough one. In all honesty, I'm thinking I'd probably let it go because that's the path of least resistance.

it's theft. i know if the bank makes an error and puts too much money into your account and then you spend it without reporting that they moved the decimal 2 spots, you are up shits creak.

i guess the real question is how many of us would actually return the money, seems like a hassle to me :dontknow:

Brother bought a kitchen for a rental @HD cabinets and all. Lady rang the 20% off twice and he didn't care one bit. He is not a thief but for some reason didn't think that was wrong.
I may have said something , an extra $500 is stealing. He claims he didn't realize until after the fact.

That doesn't change the fact that I was right and that you are a piece of shit thief.

retard > piece of shit thief
