...to inform me that you can't buy a CD player anymore, anywhere. Mom wanted a new, small stereo with a CD player, that's portable, but also not real cheapy. You know, like a nice boom box. They went to the mall, Best Buy, even HH Gregg (THAT place is useless)... nothing like that to be found. They don't make them anymore. All the places had were those speaker systems for phones and iPods and stuff like that. And all of THOSE things have batteries and chargers. NONE of them can be plugged in! And the kid at Best Buy said that in a few years there won't even be CDs anymore... THEN what are they gonna do??! And what are they gonna do with all the CDs they have? Also traffic and roadways in Allentown have gotten really out of hand. He could have sworn you could turn directly onto the street the Mall's on from Tilghman street, but it's not like that anymore. If you follow the signs, it takes you around in a circle, then makes you take this side street that's really bumpy and comes out where the old Lehigh Valley Dairy was, and wait at a light for like an hour.
