I thought since everyone else shares dinner tips I would too. For starters I am going to have a healthy black Angus Burger and fries. Notice the burger is full of veggies, very healthy. For the main course I will be having a Delicious Bratwurst Dinner. I am doing real well keeping a healthy diet. I only plan on drinking 10 beers with my meal tonight. I think I have lost 2 pounds so far. And for desert. I just couldn't resit. This should hold me until my midnight snack of 4 bologna sandwiches.
