After over 15 years and I don't think I'm handling it very well.
try tugging on that limp noodle of yours at bedtime
Move to Colorado.
Steal the script pad @Pill Queen
Ask him for opana and xanax
Nyquil + Cerveza = ZZZ...
Oh I have Xanax but not the same.
weed's horrible for your brain but that would give you a nice knockout
l-tyrosine might help you relax a little
i like zma to sleep, too
Seroquel? Can't be that hard to get if you have a prescription for Xanax.
mmmmm so as I understand it ambien limits your ability to recall dreams. So are the dreams/nightmares or withdrawals worse?
Spoiler: sweet dreams
tell him you want tamazepam if you want to have vivid dreams
Dude you can't quit that stuff cold turkey if you've been on it for fifteen years. Google Benzo buddies and start reading, plus get some more asap because you have to ween yourself off to mitigate the long term withdrawal symptoms
Forget the above...ambient isn't a Benzo. Lol
What's your diet like? Do you exercise? Have you undergone a sleep study? If all else fails, doctor shop. It's not up to him.
Its not a benzo but you still will have a tough time getting to bed for awhile. OP you'll thank yourself from getting off of that stuff after about a month.
Why is weed horrible for your brain?
How many days a week were you taking it? I've weened myself down to 5mg about 4 days a week. It gets me to sleep but it doesn't last the whole night.
I take 1 melatonin an hour before bed works every time
Yup. That does the trick. It helps to cycle off it every once in a while. A little cleanse, if you will. But melatonin will definitely do the trick for most people (provided the diet and everything else is in control). And don't underestimate the effect computer screens/tvs/etc. have on your mind...as a lot of you probably know, it keeps your mind alert, making it much more difficult to fall asleep.
