    I started this shit around 5. I could have used better time management but it was still worth it. And I still have to clean up.

    you're making beef bourguignon with short ribs? hmmm very interesting. i usually use chuck. never heard that cut of meat being used before for that. i mean it's gonna turn out insane if you cook it a long time till it falls off the bone.

    and stop buying peeled garlic or jarred garlic! u loose all the power once the peel comes off just smash it with the back of a knife and the peel falls off.

    Then you brown the short ribs in the bacon oil. I did one at a time so that they browned and not boiled.

    The garlic is minced, the carrots are sliced, the herbs are twined, and the ribs are browned. I also reduced 2 cups of beef broth down to 1.
