I bought some pre sliced muchrooms and a bunch of chard.
I start by sauteing up the mushrooms.
I see a stir fry in your future, Bro.
While the mushrooms are sauteing I cut the stems off the chard and cut them up like celery.
No stir fry sauce.
I added red pepper flakes to the mushrooms.
to spice things up.
Take out the mushrooms and deglase the pan with a little wine and cook the stems till soft.
Once soft add the chard leaves and saute until wilted.
I added red pepper flakes to the chard also. Once the chard is wilted I added chopped garlic.
Two whole heads. Can't never have enough garlic.
I should put it in a wrap.
All your dishes look the same.
I meant to saute up some fat jalapenos but I have Alzheimers and forgot.
