My artichokes are up and running.
Its been warm here so its gonna be a great summer for growing stuff and eating.
My grandmother use to make escarole soup, we thought it was seaweed.
I want some for wedding soup!
It takes time to get used to. Now I like it. I grow swiss chard and kale too.
