After today the worst of the physical withdrawal will be behind you.

Good luck, Cheeze. I need to do it one of these days. My best friend quit last year, and he was going through 2 bags of Werthers a day for a while...

With respect to my good friend Bansky (whom I will rep first chance I get :lo5:)...

    DON'T!!!!!

You're almost out of the physical withdrawal. Taking nicotine at this point will mean all the shit you've had to go through the last two days will have been for nothing.

I think I could handle the physical withdrawal...but the mental/habitual part would have me freaking out like the android in Alien when Sigourney Weaver knocks his head off... Is there a gif of that? I need a gif of that...

Once again, Bansky comes through with solid good advice. I quit a ten year habit with the help of these lozenges, but were I cheezed, would only buy them now if the nic withdrawls were too much to bear.
