...and it has nothing to do with the street lights.
I will sell next year.
People live in Vegas? How hot is it today?
Yup. Bye bye. And you must be poor.
It's about 90 degrees. That's cooling off from the low 100s last month.
Actually, no. I live in Summerlin. The foreclosure crisis here brought in the "urban" types.
Yeah, I AVOID Summerlin. Lots of renter-trash there. Come to Henderson, Green Valley or Anthem area. Long commute to the Strip, though.
Vegas is one big hood now
What's gun laws there like?
Does that mean there will soon be a KFC at Caesar's Palace?
We're not there yet, but they did open a Popeye's in Excalibur .....
I moved to Summerlin in '97. There was hardly anything there. If you drove to the end of our street, you could park in a dirt lot and see the entire strip, unobstructed.
By the time I moved in '02 the view of the strip, and of Red Rock in the other direction was all but gone. The quiet was gone. There were 5x as many people.
It was sad.
Wait a year and you will be stuck in the BOONies and no one will want to buy.
Whenever a murder went down on CSI it was always Summerlin or North Vegas
I hope the Cowardly Lion gets the courage to rape your shit mult ass!
Twilight fell on my childhood neighborhood roughly 25 years ago. It was a 60's/70's version of Leave It To Beaver, with a couple of sluts and some weed mixed in...Now it's a war zone.
There goes the neighborhood!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Actually, this particular area is booming with construction. They just opened up a water park south of here and there's new developments popping up. It's crazy and makes no sense. They're still filling these foreclosures with Section 8 "urban" families and it's finally reached my upscale neighborhood. Sad to see. I'm outta here next year.
