I'm obsessive compulsive about diet and exercise. I'm an alcoholic, but I try to only drink on non-work nights. I currently have a 6 week streak of no week night drinking going, but that will end tomorrow night because I'm off work on Friday. June was my best month of 2015. I went 22-8 in non-drinking vs. drinking; 20-10 in exercising vs. not exercising; and my average weight was 161.8 lbs. My highest average weight was 166.0 in February. My highest weight was 169.6 on February 23. My lowest weight was 159.2 on June 5.
