What I'm wondering is, why would anyone pay this kike 90 million a year for a show that no one gives a shit about anymore?
Is there this big timeshare pool for jews who have no talent on their own?

    I don't get it either.

But I bet that number is inflated.

I'm not interested in the video streaming app, but that might be appealing to some people. The new HowardTV

I doubt the number is real.
I may be one of the few around here who thinks Howard has talent. I still listen, yeah, it's not what it used to be, but still entertaining, to me.

The 90 million was reported by a woman with no knowledge of the deal. Why is everyone accepting that number as fact?

I've seen the copies of Howard's original contract, and the actual numbers have always been blacked out. I'm not convinced he's ever made the salary fees that are widely quoted. But assuming he makes only half of what's quoted, he's still doing a million a week, which ain't bad. Even at $40M a year, he's making many times more than any just about any radio person in the world. Rush Limbaugh is said to make $79M a year, but that's never been confirmed either.

What's never been revealed is if Howard's $1,000,000/week also includes everybody else's pay, the cost of the studios, the support staff, and so on. Howard has occasionally said that upwards of 40 or 50 people work on the show, but I think he's including outside engineers and I.T. people who are only peripherally in the building. Anybody know how many full-time Stern Show staffers are really there? 20? 25? They sure aren't there in the News department.

Both sides have an interest in inflating the reported salary. Howard for his ego and SXM for relevancy of Stern to both keep people and possibly attract new listeners. No one wants a discounted Stern even if that's what he's given now a days.

I believe that Howard's goal is to become a billionaire. He's been pissed for a decade that Oprah is worth $3 billion.

It is a crock of shit.
He got his existing deal plus he only managed to get $10 Million for his old content.
There will never be any new material and the audience will continue to shrink.

Anyone who pays for the Stern Show now is a total fucking shithead.

There is no way they are offering him $90 million a year. If they were he would have signed the deal months ago and said he was staying back then. The reason why he waited so long and hinted at having other places to go was because they offered him a shitty deal. I'd be surprised if he's even getting $50 million a year.

I so hoped against hope that Howard might have a last creative blast, with a new show all his own. Instead he is going to milk this cash cow til the end like he always said he would. It makes me sad but even more sad is that you guys still PAY. Please don't pay for his shitty show.

Any excuse for racist posts. For some, being a bigot is the only full time position they can hold.

Forget about what he is making..What compelled Sirius to resign him? did they do market research? are they under the assumption Sirius will collapse if Stern leaves? I would love to pick the brains of the people who green lighted the deal.
