Our plum tree is exploding plums, so we made some really good plum chutney. Now Im trying to think of what to do with it.

I was thinking chicken breasts stuffed with goat cheese and dried cranberries.

Or just putting it on some sort of white fish.

    Any other suggestions?

brown up some chicken thighs on the bone and braise them with the chutney or slow cook in a crock pot (add some coconut milk if you want it creamy)

Update: I didn't have a lot of time to shop or cook last night, so I made quesadillas with Goat cheese, peppers, and artichokes, and served it with warm chutney. Made some coffee cake for desert.

I have some left, so I will get a little more creative next time.

    Dehydrate some. Prunes are good.
