    They are saying "combine" in to an $8billion sports conglomerate, but what might be more likely is the Russian cashing out a huge profit before assets are frozen because of the shit w/ the Ukraine.

    Prokhorov bought 80% of the team and 45% of the arena in 2010 for $233million. Current value estimates are $1.7billion for team and $1.1billion for the Barclay Center. That would make Prokhorov's cut $1.855billion or a $1.622billion profit in 4 yrs.

    He wanted to build a winner. He thought he would use his money and flash to woo MeBron. When that didn't happen, they went after Dumwight Howard. Now they got a point guard and center, both with beat wheels, eating up a huge amount of cap space.

    Worst thing is that he let Jay-Z talk him into shitty, boring team colors.
