WTF do Sal and Richard even do on THSS any more?
That looks yummy
Sal's a natural
I wonder if there's some "can't stray too far" clause in their employment agreements. Granted we can't see what's behind the scenes, but with recycled bits/calls, an interview-heavy format, and a "hardly on the air" schedule...what ARE Richard and Sal doing during downtimes like this? You'd think there would be time to at least travel to a few locations to make on-location shoots for their channel.
Their roles on the show have evolved.
He didn't hide the fake mayo they use on the cheap coleslaw.
That's a good point, plus take someone like Lisa G, in 2006 she was a daily part of the on air show and did her stupid "news" updates and HTV interviews of the guests. Now she does an occasional wack pack update. They can't possibly pay her the same even with her "writing" duties.
Sal says each week they travel the country...huh?
Yes, this week he was in the south. It's the same logic kindergarten teachers use when they say "today class we are going to 1932 Germany, where a bunch of homosexuals are about to be purged in a power play by the SS".
I can't believe he still has the news department, totally useless.
The news department was a great idea until the thin skinned babies couldn't handle it.
I laughed when Robin blew up at Lisa G's 15 foundation story
They used to have two updates from them per show.
I agree. I think Sal is actually fairly talented. He killed at the Howard roast. I don't see why he can't find something elsewhere that pays. Stuttering John was talentless and he was able to turn his show shtick into some decent funds. Seems to me that Sal would do well as a writer for a comedy show. After seeing how lame SNL has been, why Sal on SNL? He and Richard could even do a running bit like Robert Smigel did with the TV Funhouse stuff. If that coleslaw video was shot in Sal's kitchen, it's nice, but it's not that nice. He could be doing much better.
Remember when Blobbin cooked meals with kids?
15 Foundation lasted all of 3 years before going belly up. I would love to know the real story.
Like with any failed charity… executives were wasting money on themselves instead of spending it on causes.
So, basically, buy some pre-made coleslaw and add four ingredients?
