I suck. 1) Exercise 3 days per week - Fail. Have not started yet....but it is winter and I like to go outside. 2) Play my guitar - Fail. Picked it up only once since Jan 1st. 3) Meditate Daily - Partial success - Meditated about every other day. 4) Cut down on sugar - doing pretty well here. 5) Read for 30 min before bed. Fail. Only thing I am reading is the Shed. So all in all its a rating of D. I will keep at it and see if I can get it up to a B. So how are you guys / girls doing ?
