Some of the local radio stations around here will go to 24/7 Christmas music
You're a New Englander, right? Before Oldies 103.3 changed formats, they used to kick off 24/7 holiday music before anyone else. Last year though, they had already converted to top 40, so the other stations in the Boston area didn't really get going with holiday music until the week before Thanksgiving. That's fine with me, the day after Halloween was just too damn early.
It's also EBT/SS day, so I have to do double grocery shopping this weekend.
Yes, that station was the instigator and as much as I miss the old format, at least the new one spares us all from their hyper holiday early kickoff lameness. But where I live I am also subjected to CT, RI and western MA stations and I'm fairly certain there are at least a couple ready to step up and be just as banal.
But if you spend at least $75 at some of those stores, you can get a free van ride home
I was at Menards yesterday and they were in full xmas mode. The thing that got me was that all the halloween stuff was on one shelf and marked down with halloween a week away
A week of Christmas music is quite enough.
Nov 1, is also STEAL YOUR KIDS CANDY day
And diabetic manatees have to make their sales numbers by Friday.
because the shitty cars won't sell themselves
Christmas gives me a stomach ache.
My candy is in my pants. Steal away, Babs.
You should be. Christmas music gives me an anger boner.
I've already announced to everyone involved that Christmas is cancelled this year.
they really should have it skip every other year
