The following celebrities appeared on talk shows in the nyc area this week, and not on Stern. I'm not saying that all of the following are homeruns, but many either are friends of the show or past guests. nearly all of them has potential to be interesting, and all of them were not booked by gary

Here's the thing - if they want to come in, they'll call us. The show isn't really a comedy show anymore, it's evolved.

For the love of money, Gary....get your fat ass on the phone and hustle up some fucking guests. He can't book at least one of those people for an hour? I thought Howard was a radio God, and we get Marty the Midget for an hour talking about pussy and giving JD pointers.

Either none of those guests work on anything NBC-related, or they have a product to push and need a show that has actual listeners or viewers followng it.

Only the delusional still believe Howard has a large audience these days.

Where would he fit them in? The shows are jammed packed as it is.

Howard's buddy & co-Sirius/XM employee Bruce Springsteen once again blows him off? What a surprise.

I would think Neil Patick Harris, who is a big star, all-around nice guy, and fan of the show would do Stern a solid and make an appearnace if asked. As a bonus he's gay, thus giving Howard another excuse for a 20 minute gay rant.

    Come on Booey

Well, between playing online games, naps, and major preparation for the Hein and Booey Show, Super Producer Robert A Booey simply doesn't have the time. Plus, do we really want to know if Clair Danes is packing a beer can thick one?

You know why Gary has such an impeccable attendance record? Because he knows that if he calls in sick, people would realize that his absence made zero difference and correctly conclude that he does nothing! Absolutely, fucking, NOTHING!!!!!

I think that happened a few years back, and it was noted that with Will in charge, everything was moving like clockwork.

I understand that Gary's job was probably hard back in the k-roq days (both for ballbusting and workload), and he was probably underpaid during a good portion of it, but now I think he literally does nothing.

Seriously, other than greet 2 or so guests a week when they come in, and supervise a few interns what the hell does he do?

2 guests a week! You are being too generous. 99% of the time it's 0 guests. This week it was 1/2 of a guest, a midget no one cares about. Does Gary book anyone? No. Does he do the pre-interview? No, Will does that. What the fuck does he talk to Howard about during the breaks when nothing happens anymore? Does he tell Howard to talk about AGT and imitate his parents? Useless. Fucking useless.

Gary spends his time preparing to give us excellent material while he hosts The Wrap Up Show, which gives Howard material to kill at least an hour on the next days show.

Can we get another irrelevant comedian to come in? Joan Rivers, Sandra Bernhardt? Then as long as Howard has the approved call put through telling him how great of a guest those two are then his is vindicated.

Seriously, I can't listen to him anymore. Over 20 years listening him religiously I can't do it.

Opie and Anthony get great guests, never talk about DWTS, The Bachelor or AGT.

They are all pissed off at Howard Stern and want their money back from Sirius for the fraud that's been committed.

Was that when he had that kidney stone problem? Gary might think he still does a lot, but compared to what he used to do, he knows he's coasting.
I bet his main thing still is dealing with Howard's prissy tantrums.

Plus Robin hates him. I'd love it if they had him in more often.
