This first pic is of chicken breasts trimmed. Yes they look small.

Here are the trimmed off parts. Not sure what to do with them.

So I pounded out the little pieces.
I dredged them in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs. Then browned them in a little oil.
no double dip = fail
Added no salt added Francesco Rinaldi.

you forgot to sauce the tray
Add fresh grated parm that I grated myself.
The fam likes less sauce.
I bought a fresh mozz ball and cubed it. LOL
Onions are in the sauce.
I buttered the tray btw.
