I'm going to hell
I don't even like the guy (or liked him). Schadenfraude is not cool.
cmon, it was a spinoff.
dude would be alive today if he believed in "western technology"
Doubtful. His weight loss looks dramatic but he was already skinny as fuck. My dad who was 250+ and looked like that in a year was so much more dramatic. Steve Jobs could have put Pancreatic awareness out there but instead did very little. Even his death by it was kind of ignored. Pancreatic cancer deaths are on the rise while other cancer deaths are falling.
I hear iphone 5 suck balls. True story.
er, his type of pancreatic cancer was operable...and they caught it in time....he refused surgery and went "holistic"
I'd be happy to be shown all the people surviving of "operable" pancreatic cancer. My understanding is that he had the tumor removed albeit 9 months after being diagnosed. He also had a liver transplant, which if he wasn't who he was, I doubt he would have gotten. Being "operable" and surviving for an extended amount of time are 2 different things. The idea that if he hadn't waited nine months after diagnosis to remove his tumor would have resulted in him being alive today is nothing but speculation. And without having actually known what was in his medical report it's horrible speculation. I realize Jobs said he regretted waiting towards the end of his life but he also said he was cured of the pancreatic cancer after the procedure. It came back.
