There are six things the Lord hates,
seven that are detestable to him:
    [SUP]17 [/SUP]haughty eyes,
    a lying tongue,
    hands that shed innocent blood,
[SUP]18 [/SUP]a heart that devises wicked schemes,
feet that are quick to rush into evil,
[SUP]19 [/SUP]a false witness who pours out lies
and a person who stirs up conflict in the community.

Dishonesty is to act without honesty. It is used to describe a lack of probity, cheating,[SUP][1][/SUP] lying or being deliberately deceptive or a lack in integrity, knavishness, perfidiosity, corruption or treacherousness. Dishonesty is the fundamental component of a majority of offences relating to the acquisition, conversion and disposal of property (tangible or intangible) defined in criminal law such as fraud.

I don't know that Joel is personally doing any of that.

Just playing devil's advocate. I'm just not sure that he is being deceptive. I think there might be some kind of line there - at least legally speaking. He tells you clearly what the company offers. It's his clients that are deceptive and dishonest.

FWIW, I think the clients are scum.

I don't think there's any doubt he's doing THIS, though, and it's in the same ballpark for sure.
