made this a day or two before christmas and i'm still eating it today. it's so good and it tastes a little like chicken pad thai but in a soup. i'm not all that wise when it comes to asian style cooking so if anyone has suggestions to make it taste even better please share. as it stands, this soup is better than your standard asian street meat(.com). :cheer:

after the french onion soup i made a few weeks ago, this is my favorite soup that i've made so far. even better than the creamy chicken wild rice (that recipe needs tweaking).

any suggestions to improve this other than eating it through my ass or something of that nature?

You're getting too close. Your raw chicken looks like tangerine pieces. The soup is looking like it has cheese in it. The other pictures are fine, just the closeups.

it is extremely delish. it really does taste like a soup version of pad thai. the peanut butter in there adds great flavor and richness.

this one takes almost no time at all. in fact, you could make it in a crockpot if you wanted (i have the recipe to convert the procedure to a crockpot one if you ever want it).

it's also a really easy soup to make. probably the easiest i've made.
