Not even out of friendship knowing his money is tied up in the play. That fucking Robin and Gary are just cruel. With friends like the stern show you don't need an enemy.

I can properly recite George's parts in the Sulu Dance song with 100% accuracy.

George has proven himself to be just another angry, crazy lib. Maybe they're distancing themselves from him.

    Howdy Larry.

Didn't they have that as a contest a long time ago?

Listeners would call in and try to sing the Sulu dance, getting all the lyrics right.

Yes, I wouldn't really call it a contest, but that was a thing that callers would do circa 2005.

I noticed it too. Howard, of course, couldn't be bothered to stay and watch the play. Gary and Robin didn't really "bash" it, but they made their little snide, snarky comments, and I don't remember them saying one nice/positive thing about it.

    1. Without Howard - George doesn't have a Broadway play.

    2. 95% of all Broadway plays are a joke. Allegiance has been getting mixed reviews.

    3. Id rather support George in his project than some other wacked out musical.

I wish Stuttering John was on the red carpet to ask George if he "ever ran off a batch" aboard the USS Enterprise.

This is what they do to their "friends." They planted seeds of doubt about "Beer League," helping kill that, and painted Jackie as a hack after he left, killing his standup profits. Meanwhile, they plugged the crap out of the "Hamilton" play. Total jealous asses.

This totally. The Wig and Robin just hate when something isn't their project or about them. Howard made fun of what musicals sound like (for the millionth time-he loves to sing for us ) and Gary came in and said it actually wasn't too far from that. Then Fred played one of the songs from George's show and they scoffed at it a bit.
If you don't absolutely love the show you don't have to lie and say that you did. But if it was my friend's show I would bend the truth slightly and at least say I had a fun night or something along those lines.
Remember the time Robin told Howard there didn't seem to be much real talent last season on AGT? She had sat in on a taping...he got so pissed. "I mean c'mon Robin help me out here a little bit!"

Did they ever say anything good about Artie's TV appearances or his movie?

If it ain't about Wigenstein it's garbage

Robin and Gary couldn't say one nice thing. And I get the fact that George is nuts but he's so fucking nice man! They could have said they enjoyed it but I guess that black bitch and fucking monkey are to cool for the room.

The thing is, if the show really was about honesty and they honestly felt that way about the play, then I wouldn't fault them for saying it. It's shitty towards George, but many of the great Stern show moments involve someone being shitty to someone else. The problem is that they have no problem ripping on George's play, but then Howard'll suck the ass of an Ellen or Lena Dunham or whatever other shithead has something really stupid he pretends to like just to kiss ass. George is a friend who deserves more from them than those people, so if they can pretend to like other dumb shit, they could certainly have pretended to like George's. Or even just not ripped on it.

They really are scum. No one can possibly genuinely trust or like them.
