I took the advice of many on here and watched Gilbert on the Norm podcast. It was very funny. Thank you for the heads up.

One of the suggestions that came up was Norm at the 1998 ESPY Awards.

    Howard related for obvious reasons.

wow that was awesome I don't care how fat norm gets these days, he is one funny m'fer, and I love that he never sold out and tried to get a late night talk show, like kimmel and fallon. he did it his way, for better or for worse. much respect.

ESPN is Disney now, aren't they? A bunch of uptight PC types from what I've read.

100% correct. If that went down now ESPN would pull him off the stage with chains.

Michael Eisner.....ESPN. Disney.......pure scum ESPN has a familiar PC agitprop slant to it.

Norm is the best right now no one even close, I do wonder about his health, his face has a weird waxy puffiness to it.

He did the white house correspondents dinner too, not as heavy but still funny. Norm does great anywhere he is a guest. He did the best episode of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire as well as be the best guest on Conan's old show

I think he did too much cocaine before getting on stage but he pulls it off nicely

You gotta love Norm... Damn he's funny!

The OJ joke was LOL funny and even better due to the reaction of the room.

One of his greatest moments. The disgusted look on Griffey Jr's face was classic (he was apparently insulted that McDonald had the nerve to diss his innocent brother, OJ).

I don't know, the guy next to them is laughing. And it kinda looks to me like Ken and Charles thought it was funny but just were afraid to be seen cracking up. It is a pretty edgy joke.

I always cringe when they show those reaction close ups.
