My 8 year old son was watching his cartoon and with the Tivo paused he said "Daddy look" and my jaw just about hit the floor. It was a very quick shot but he must have his daddy's eyes for tits. I didn't know whether to give him a high five and do an Al Bundy "HONK HONK" or explain the birds and bees. :D

BTW, after he showed me he hurried up and gave the cartoon three Tivo thumbs up on the remote. :)

That's totally unnecessary. I don't understand this desire by Hollywood to expose children to sexuality. We tried to watch ABC Family thinking it was safe to watch with little kids, but it was far from safe. I just don't get it. I'm no prude. I just want to make the decision of what's appropriate for my kids, and it's starting to appear that the answer is to just lock them completely out of the tv.

ABC Family is anything but - we won't let our 10 yr old near it. Fucking out of hand!

That's the boat I was in. Tweens are tough. They're too old for baby stuff but not ready for some of the other stuff. One can only watch Disney Channel so much, so we looked to ABC Family to find stuff we could all enjoy. What I found was the opposite of family entertainment. What's the meaning of it? Why have a network called ABC Family if it's going to show the same shit you'd find on ABC's normal lineup?

I think it's actually worse that ABC's normal lineup. Plus, they promote the hell out of that network in movie theaters before movies start.

You're right. Kids doing drugs, having sex, homosexuality.....why must all of this stuff be on something that purports to be family friendly?

I read somewhere that ABC Family is called that because of some contractual reason only. I know, I know...
