Then why did he drop $$$ for a house in Florida?
Why did he buy two waterfront mansions if he is afraid to go into the ocean?
He lives on two floors comprised of 8 apartments which he only leaves to either travel by his personal limo to the studio or the heliport to Chimney Mansion or take a charter GS5 jet to the Palm Beach Closet estate. Unless you have tons of money and vacation homes outside of the city it's a filthy crime ridden shithole to live in year round.
exactly.. i have a friend who earns $8figures on Wall Street, his wife is good for nearly a mil more, they have a similar set up to Howard's on the upper west side, a chauffeured limo, a weekend house on a few acres and running streams near Greenwich CT, plays all sorts of sports down at South Ferry, attends all the cultural shit.. and can't understand why I think it's a hellhole I would never go back to live in again.
No state tax.
I wonder if the bimbo calls him "uncle howie."
she calls him Grandpa by mistake sometimes I bet.
Wow. Looking rugged.
It's in the Elderly Jewish handbook that old Jews have to move to Florida. Look it up.
Like all rich liberals he believes state income taxes are for the little people to pay.
Sorry to my east coast friends but you couldnt pay me enough to live in a cesspool nanny, police state city like NY.
It's hard to deny that NYC is cool as fuck.
I love NYC. Lived in or near it my entire life. I guess I'm used to it.
Same here....only city I have enjoyed more was barcelona
I'm a "white-boy". I've walked through the slums of Nairobi, Kenya and Tijuana, Mexico and never had a problem. But some guy tried to mug me in NYC. When I punched him in the mouth, he let go of me.
No state income tax. But he still pays property tax up the yin yang. And if he works in NYC, he will pay NYC/NY State income tax regardless of where his other house(s) are. So unless he does SIM-card podcasts from his back piazza in Florida he's going to have to pay Cuomo Jr his marbles.
