    All the more reason for conservatives to stop believing that constitutionality is an important criterion for anything in the modern world. Everything needs to be on the table, and if you can argue convincingly for a policy (in this case, stop and frisk) by using utilitarian arguments, the policy should stand.

    So, the Police can't pick and choose to to frisk anymore without any evidence? Poor guys.
