We've talked about doing this, but I guess THIS is as good a reason to do this as anything:

Is there anyone out there that thinks this movie is going to suck?

Also, we can put our comments on all things superhero TV in here, Gotham, Flash, Arrow, Daredevil...yadda yadda yadda.

BTW, Gotham is fucking amazing and if you don't like it, you haven't watched more than 2 episodes.

Flash and Gotham are good. Arrow is repetitive. Agents is hot and cold. First Avengers I liked a lot, so I'll watch the new one.

Agent Carter sucked the two times I watched.

I didn't like Agent Carter either. The girl on the show is really fucking hot, but the show plot itself was too easy to figure out.

I saw your Flash thread the other day, didn't have time to respond but and I couldn't agree more. The show is AS good an adaptation as a comics property, not withstanding a tweak or two.

I think I missed last ep after they came back from a month hiatus?? They must be saving Gorilla Grodd for a finale, right?? They had 2 or 3 Grodd cameos so far, and I thought the 3rd looked amazingly menacing for a TV budget.

Here's my thing right? It's kind of like pro wrestling, you have a segment of people that just hate superheroes for some reason and don't get it. That's fine. I think what Hollywood is finally getting, is that the people that are interested in superhero movies and tv shows are loyal to the brands and will support quality entertainment.

Say you don't like Arrow? I will watch arrow every day and twice on sunday over any sitcom drek or cop show on network tv, with a couple of exceptions. Whether you don't agree with plot twists or not, shouldn't determine whether you support quality shows like this. I am greatful that there are finally movies in the theater and shows on TV on a regular basis that I actually am excited about seeing instead of one every couple of years. When I was a kid, you had Star Trek Reruns, Star Wars and the sequels 4 years apart and a bunch of bullshit poorly written tv and cartoons that were fucking awful...kids these days have it great. How amazing was just the Incredibles? I've seen that movie about 10 times and I see something new everytime I see it, and I fucking hate disney for the most part.

This summer, there are 2-3 blockbusters being released each month, and none of them are Julia Roberts fucking Hugh Grant movies. This part of the world I live in kicks ass.

Definitely enjoying Gotham, love the conceit of pre-comic character development, especially the villains.

Looking forward to Daredevil, should be rockin since it's on netflix

RE: Flash, I have no idea WHAT they are doing for the final, because
they blew their load with the time travel stuff this week
So I imagine that Grodd has to be the season finale dangling modifier...

Speaking of top notch effects, anyone see stupid Will Smith's wife gouge her eye out with a spoon a couple of weeks ago on gotham? That was awesome. And I fucking hate her.

Do you or @TallTyrion know "WEATHER" (har har har) or not Candice Patton who plays Iris West is related to actress PAULA Patton of Robin Thicke p-whipped fame??

There's a lot genetic parallels - in addition to the last name??

I agree with every word, but I LOVE ARROW! I just commented on THE FLASH because that was the thread you posted. I have always loved the street level side of DC with GA, Black Canary, Arsenal/Speedy/Red Arrow, Deathstroke, Deadshot, Wildcat etc etc.

AND they do Ra's Al Ghul better than the Nolan films did on a TV budget. Don't get me started how great Clock King and Count Vertigo are on the show.
