I can't only be one of 7 Thomas fans on these here forums, right?
Is it Shuli free today?
We can only hope.
Related, I was thinking after hearing Shuli in the HSS today that it would be fucking GREAT to have Shuli in the Jackie Chair.
It would mean Shuli would HAVE to quit the Thomas show. Right?
We can only hope.
Tuesday is Kevin Meaney's day in the "ha ha" seat.
Is Jay on today, I tuned in yesterday and it was a rerun. I thought maybe he was off this week.
He's live right now. Haven't yet heard Shuli. . . .
Yeah, sadly Kevin had a family emergency so he won't be on today meaning Shuli will probably show up.
Is that why Shuli was on yesterday. The useless PDT didn't say it was a rerun.
shuli is on wed & fri.
tuesgay is meaney
rodney lee conover will be on every now & then in between those days.
Conover is halfway tolerable next to Shuli.
Shuli is so fucking bad.
i like rodney lee....shuli blows...hey they are giving out free condoms now
Yeah, that's what I thought. I was pissed when I tuned in yesterday and Shuli was on. Friday is a double suck because it repeats most of the Thu show.
Good caller, Howard has a shadow box with Bianca's ashes and food bowl
Jay's reply was great. It's so obvious that he thinks Howie is a tool, but as a DBA client, he can't come out and say it.
It's funny how he tip toes around the Howard subject.
Epilogue: Jay was live. Kevin called in for all but 20 mins at the start of the show. The last 30 mins of back and forth vamping was hilarious. Plus Jay's Deniro audition story around the 2 hour mark. Excellent.
So you're saying i shouldn't base my opinion of the Jay Thomas show on Friday shows....
(Which is the only ones I've ever heard....)
The Friday show sucks. Shuli doesn't STFU with his stupid stories and dumb jokes.
That story was great, he must have been fucking nuts doing that who would hire him!
Ya, Jay is fantastic at getting himself fired or not hired. His stories are gold.
If you haven't heard it, he'll tell it again sometime, Jay was cast to play the best friend in Dragonfly (Costner was lead, I believe). Jay had a whole bunch of pages/scenes where he was cheering the lead actor up after the death of his wife. Jay told the director it seemed unrealistic that the guy would be happy so soon after the death. The director agreed and cut Jay's role to a cameo.
