    Put together my new grill I got for Xmas today and with temps in the 50s for the first time since October here in SW Wisconsin, I got grilling fever.

    So I am making this thread for all meat lovers out there, and no not the type of meat Howard likes. Post pics of what you are grilling and what secret recipies you may have! Have at er!

    It's about time for some bar-b-que!

    I'm a big fan of pork steaks, too. Buddy turned me on to an easy recipe. Easy as hell to feed like 15-20 people.

    I got some pork chops thawing in the fridge for tomorrow...anxious to try some new stuff this year!

    Great thread. I've always wanted to know where I could get some Chianina beef. It's an italian breed known for the best tasting steak.

    This is the first time I have ever lived in a place where I could own a grill. None of the apartments I have lived in ever allowed them. I love to cook and have never owned a grill...pathetic. I am looking forward to buying one and learning to use it.

    You will love grilling. We do probably 75% of our cooking on the grill during the upcoming months!

    any type of grill lol but gas for me...propane straight from Hank Hill

    Let's keep this fucker going strong all spring and summer.
    If you really dig BBQ you need to become a Certified Barbeque Judge with KCBS.
    I became one about 3 years ago and I have learned some real serious shit about BBQ. Plus you go to BBQ contests and judge the meat.

    I we t buffalo hunting in South Dakota in December and took a great young meat cow. Been grilling it all winter, here was my last grill night.

    Agreed and be sure to register it.

    One day we had a weird issue with one of the low front doors on our Weber grill. Called the company and they said we'll ship you a left door today.

    It came in 2 days at no charge... they didn't want the other back for proof or anything.

    The grill has been fabulous for 4+ years... just take care of it and keep it covered when not in use. Worth every penny we paid to get a higher end model after years of crappy other grills.

    Pork loins are very easy to grill and don't take much time... I'll find one of our recipes and post it.
