Today I end my winter bulk/strength phase and start my cut for the spring/summer months.
I achieved my bench press and deadlift goals but my clothes don't fit anymore and my elbow
tendonitis is killing me from going really heavy over the last 3 months.

I am 6'2.5" and currently weight 224 with 13.2% bodyfat using a 9 site skinfold caliper test.

My goals are 210 and 10% bodyfat.

Please don't mention BMI in here or I will rage and lose all respekt for you. :livid:

I plan on losing weight, and more importantly bodyfat, by cutting out bread, fast food, complex
carbs (except post workout), dairy, and sugars. I WILL eat carbs from vegetables. I will get my energy
sources from healthy fats (fish oil, coconut, fat from meat, madadamia nut oil, olives, etc)

My workout plan is 3 full body weight workouts with sports and/or sprints on days off.

Anybody else need to cut? I'll offer advice or talk about workouts, supplementation, nutrition, food, etc

I hate cutting, I'm lazy and like just lifting heavy and getting it done quick. Sorry bra.

only for a few months.....100 degree weather will trim extra fat if you move around a lot or exercise.....or rice cakes and water might fake out your system to think your full....maybe no butter on your baked tater...or eat your rice plain jane.....

it's not bad in the summer cause there is plenty to do but these winter months are rough. Gloomy and lazy and dark out by 5:30. It's hard to stay active and actually enjoy it this time of year.

Upping your reps and more cardio is outdated thinking, IMO. I can accomplish what I need through nutrition and keep
    more muscle mass.

    :c

    Thanks :hat: you too

I've done this before so it's not going to be a problem. I just feel like sharing if anybody wants to

Nope....throws off the omega 3/6 ratios. I prefer Carlson's Very Fine fish oil lemon flavored

You use Bronkaid for the E or do you get the real stuff?

I haven't done this in a long time

    For abs:

    ab wheel

    Hanging LEG raises (not knee)

    Russian Twists

I get good ab work from squats and deadlifts so I don't need to do much
    more than the above.

I think crunches aren't good for your spine and not very effective.

hell man i dont have a gym or weights....but i do keep heavy shit around the yard.....so i will do military press with sections of fence blown over from a storm...use blocks slid on a wooden post for squats....use a tree for hanging knee raises.....do some yard work between sets...keeps me moving

I am not "fatter" than you. I just weight more because of my muscle mass. You can't
bench 400+, dead 600+ and squat 500+ when you don't have muscle.

I guarantee you that my BF % is way lower than yours, brah
