    So it turns out I gained 8 lbs back and I'm now back up to 395. I blame it on my vacation. Since last week I have been eating a lot more subway. Also does anybody have any healthy snack ideas?

    I just ate some brown rice with homemade tomato sauce and a hot wing drumette. So good. And a lettuce and tomato wrap. Without the chicken this time.

    I'm doing pretty good last week I messed up ate burgers a couple of times but they were made at home with no sides.

    Subway isn't healthy, especially not with Mayo, buffalo sauce and chips.

    If you want to eat at subway you're best off getting Turkey with no cheese on a whole wheat sub, all the veggies you want, and just balsamic vinegar. No sides.

    AG always have cut up veggies, grilled chicken breast, cooked brown rice and fruit in the house. Hit the gym 3 times a week for full body workouts, 15 reps min each set. On game day alt 1 brew then 1 water and use hummus instead of dips, turkey brats and turkey burgers on wraps and walk after dinner every night.
