Hey guys and gals, I'm waiting to post last night's dinner later on in the thread because it included some Lay's chips from the Indian grocery that I posted the other day and I wanted to give a little review. Tonight I wanted to focus the OP on MCA and one of my speciality dishes. On Tonight's Menu: Cheddar Burger & Brussel Sprouts - Hamburger on a Rye Bun with Sautéed Onions and Store Bought Cheese Sauce with Roasted Brussel Sprouts of Heavenly Divination... ...and I had trouble deciding which Beastie Boys song to post here, so I'm cheating a bit. I will first start off by posting my all-time favorite Beastie Boys album in its entirety. You've gotta love "Paul's Boutique": ...and I decided to post this track because its about what influenced the Beastie Boys, what they love, where they came from. It also has this rhyme from MCA which seems so appropriate now. I know the Beastie Boys were about having fun for the most part, but I remembered this... "Bob Marley Was A Prophet For The Freedom Fight ""If Dancin' Prays To The Lord Then I Shall Feel Alright"" I'm Feeling Good To Play A Little Music Tears Running Down My Face 'Cause I Love To Do It And No One Can Stop This Flow From Flowing On A Flow Master In Disaster With A Sound That's Gone I'll Give A Little Shout Out To My Dad And Mom For Bringing Me Into This World And So On" (Sorry, this video is the only one they have of the song on Youtube and its the censored version) Talk about food, talk about music, talk about MCA and the Beastie Boys. Everyone's welcome. I'll be here, with a Wild Blue beer wishing you all the best.
