    Anyone want to do this with me? :dontknow:

    A simple plan that'll get you doing 100 push-ups in six weeks. Only three days a week, about 10 minutes a day.

    Started this twice and never finished. Gonna stick it out this time.

    I'm starting next Monday (Jan. 30).

    Who's with me? :evil:

    Meh. I might be up for February, since I travel the entire month and don't know how much gym time I'll get. :pissed:

    Hope you give it a shot anyway Low even if nobody accepts

    Although I've never really tried to see how many push-ups I could do without stopping I'm positive I could do more than that now

    How you holding up on withdrawals?

    BTW I'm on the Temp Disabled List for running for a bit hopefully can start again this weekend

    The physical withdrawal is behind me, and the psychological withdrawal has eased up a lot. :hat:

    What happened to you? Hope you're not in too rough a shape. Take your time and get better. :up:

    if you do 16.67 pushups/day, you will do 100 in 6 weeks. good luck

    You can start right from shit shape, which is what I'm doing. :ublob:

    The site has an initial test here that should be done before your actual Day 1. The result from that will determine the pace you follow over the six weeks.

    Doing the initial test later today to see how many proper push-ups I can do before starting the program.

    Any guesses? Prize up for grabs.
