    A sickened mind and spirit
    The mirror tells me lies
Could I mistake myself for someone
    Who lives behind my eyes?
    Will he escape my soul
Or will he live in me?
Is he trying to get out
    Or trying to enter me?

    Voices in the darkness
    Scream away my mental health
    Can I ask a question
To help me save me from myself?

A shame what an embarrassment he's become. One of the greatest front men ever.

I met ozzy when i was 16. He was "sober" at the time. He reeked of incense like an old church. When i put my arm around him for a picture he was incredibly frail and i was supporting his entire body weight to keep him from falling. A few days later he rocked the stage at ozzfest with sabbath and looked like a completely different person. He could be 80 and still curse and clap his hands on stage like a demented monkey and get a crowd going. Best front man ever. Fucking legend.

I blame the wife. The reality show didn't do him any favors. When I was 10, I bought the album Sabotage at a garage sale. Still one of my personal favorites. I wish I had a turntable. Still have the album, but no way to play it.

Give him credit for being a household name.

I can't think of another metal guy that can claim that.

He is old as shit and still putting out respectable music.

Sharon is a cunt and the tv show was overkill but he has always had good people guiding him musically. From iommi, rhoads, jake lee, zakk wylde he has worked with 4 of the best guitar players ever.

I wish he never did the tv show but he never cut his hair, always played metal, continued to party hard, continued to be ozzy. Never sold out.

I'm terrified of listening to that 13 album they put out for fear of how upsetting it would be. I heard 10 seconds of "God is dead" and shut that shit down. Could it possibly be good?

when i got my first CD player, i bought 3 CDs, First Sabbath, First Zeppelin and Diary of a Madman.

The first CD sound i ever heard on headphones was that drum intro on Over the Mountain.

Huge fan, although i only really rate his first two solo albums.

Maybe i am just an ozzy mark but i really enioyed 13. If you are a sabbath fan i dont see how you cant give it a try. Its not their first 6 albums but its better than 99% of modern music. I recommend the song pariah.
