The guy on the right always creeped me out, just something about him.
Sounds like a good fit:
"Sir Paul said he rang Dave, 43, who asked him to come along to “jam with some mates”.
Macca had suggested they “just make something up” and found himself playing with Grohl on drums, bassist Krist, 47, and unofficial fourth Nirvana member Pat Smear, 53.
He said: “I didn’t really know who they were. They are saying how good it is to be back together. I said ‘Whoa? You guys haven’t played together for all that time?
“And somebody whispered to me ‘That’s Nirvana. You’re Kurt.’ I couldn’t believe it.”
He's really got his finger on the pulse of the industry.
I mean I love Nirvana and the Beatles, but come on!!
This is gonna be either really cool or lame as fuck
Will be lame.
sad to have to agree with you....
in both cases, leave well enough alone. Sir Paul better not screw up his unbelievable legacy, and Nirvana's short but awesome run shouldn't be ruined, either
This could be awesome, or it could be a dud.
I can't picture Paul playing any of their louder hardhitting songs though.
Paul screwed with his legacy a LONG time ago with Wings and having his wife play musician next to him.
He's a joke and has been for longer than I've been alive. Disagree? Let the evidence speak for itself:
Yoko might literally shit herself.
He's mother fucking Paul McCartney. He basically IS the industry.
I agree. Since leaving the Beatles Paul has put out some unbelievably shitty, soft rock type pop songs. He's also responsible for the worst song on Thriller
Paul can sing really well, but he doesn't have the voice for Nirvana.
Smells like Old Spice.
Will be GREAT!
I'm imagining the poppiest version of Rape Me ever and, quite frankly, I'm already laughing and wanting to buy it.
